Mark and I, along with some of our staff at Hornijas-Tobias Realty & Co. (HT REALTY), were invited to the Ribbon Cutting, Blessing, and Thanksgiving of The Greenhouse Clubhouse Complex at the Gardens at Southridge held on November 19, 2022.
I’m excited to see the completion of the beautiful amenity area of one of my favorite subdivision developments in Davao City. A few years ago, we were also invited to the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the project. You could only see bare land at the site then. Now, it has transformed to a charming Mediterranean-inspired community complete with a grand ballroom, fitness gym, multipurpose hall, basketball court, swimming pools, and picture perfect garden areas.
The Gardens at Southridge, a multi-awarded suburban subdivision development in Catigan, Toril, is a project of Urbaneast Developments, Inc. (UEDI).
Edward A. Bernardo, the president of UEDI, expressed his gratitude for the awards bagged by the project in 2022.

“The Gardens at Southridge is the fruit of the labor of many many people. What started as a banana plantation is now Davao’s fully gated and exclusive suburban address”, Bernardo said in his opening remarks.
UEDI recently celebrated 15 years since its foundation in 2006 and currently approaching almost 2,000 individual units built and sold.
The Gardens at Southridge is the seventh residential subdivision in the company’s growing portfolio in the real estate development industry.
