The South Pacific Golf & Leisure Estate in Davao City is a joint project between Davao New Town Development Corporation and Sta. Lucia Land Inc.. Davao New Town Development Corporation, is the landowner of the property. Sta. Lucia Land Inc. is the developer of the subdivision and golf estate. It has clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, parks and playground. It has also a world-class, 18-hole golf course and country club.
