Insular Village Davao was developed by Filipinas Foundation, which was later renamed Ayala Foundation, according to Manila Bulletin. It was Ayala Land’s first foray into Davao’s real estate market in 1976. The development was a joint venture with ANFLO Management and Investment Corp. The village has parks and playgrounds, basketball court and tennis court.
